Upon arrival in Nairobi, proceed through Immigration and Customs. After exiting
the Customs & immigrations Hall, Please look out for a Big Five Tours & Safari’s
driver/guide holding a Big Five Tours Banner with your name on it. Our Guide will
assist you with your luggage and you’ll be transferred to Nairobi Serena Hotel.
The Nairobi Serena Hotel is a quiet sanctuary in a flower-filled garden amid the
bustle of one of Africa’s most dynamic cities. A member of “Leading Hotels of the
World” the hotel is a haven located just moments from most of the cities
attractions including art & cultural institutions, shopping, nightlife and
entertainment. Overnight at Nairobi Serena Hotel.

After breakfast drive to Serena Mountain Lodge arriving just in time for your lunch.
Located at 2194 meters on the slopes of Mount Kenya, Serena Mountain Lodge
is surrounded by a dense rainforest that comes alive at dusk with a myriad of
sounds that make the African bush so special and exhilarating. The lodge boasts
one of the most spectacular forest waterholes that presents a constant ballet of
wildlife. Lunch, dinner and Overnight at Serena Mountain Lodge.

Nanyuki

After breakfast you will drive to Sweetwaters Tented Camp. Sweetwaters land,
the Ol Pejeta Conservancy and its sumptuous ranch were once the private
domain of famed multi-millionaire, Adnan Kashoggi. You will arrive in time for
lunch, then afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Sweetwater’s Tented
Camp.

To today you will have morning and afternoon game drives in Ol Pejeta
Conservancy. Ol Pejeta is a non-profit wildlife conservancy in Kenya
supporting endangered species, tourism and community outreach it is situated
within an area considered to be semi-arid. Traditionally areas of this sort, being
unsuitable for rain-fed agriculture were used for cattle ranching. Sweetwaters
land, the Ol Pejeta Conservancy and its sumptuous ranch were once the private
domain of famed multi-millionaire, Adnan Kashoggi., you will visit the
Chimpanzee Sanctuary, a charming haven established by the Jane Goodall
Institute to provide sanctuary to orphaned chimps, and the specially protected
and fenced refuge of black rhino with its stunning forty specimens! In fact
Sweetwaters boasts excellent game viewing with the highest ratio of game to
area of any park or reserve in Kenya. Lunch, dinner and overnight at the camp.

Nanyuki-Nakuru
Nakuru

After breakfast you will depart and descend into the Great Rift Valley to
Lake Elmenteita Serena Camp for lunch. Afternoon game drive in
Soysambu Conservancy, a non-profit organization, endeavors to preserve
Africas Great Rift Valley ecosystem for the benefit of future generations.
Core goals include preserving wildlife and vegetation alongside wildlife
tourism for reinvestment in conservation and community development.
Today’s Soysambu is a 48,000 acre Wildlife Conservancy, also a RAMSAR
site - a wetland of international importance. The alkaline lake’s rocky
islands are the only East African nesting site for great white pelicans, while
its algae and plankton provides food for vast flocks of flamingos and a
multitude of other waterfowl, many of them rare. The Conservancy protects
over 450 bird species and 15,000 wild animals. Rothschild giraffes have
found a safe haven for breeding here, while a diverse variety of terrain
shelters many species - from herds of giant elands to tiny dik-diks and cliffdwelling

klipspringers. Night game-drives offer a unique opportunity to
spot nocturnal creatures including the curious-looking aardvark and
elusive leopard. Walking is also allowed, with chances to experience the
miracles of the bush close-up. Atmospheric bush dinners beneath the stars
and spectacular sundowners over this geologically fascinating part of the
Great Rift Valley are a few more of the camp’s exciting activities. Dinner

Nakuru-Maasai Mara
Maasai Mara

After breakfast you will drive to Maasai Mara Game Reserve, Kenya’s most
precious wildlife sanctuary. Once described as Kenyas Jewel never to be
lost, is in a class of its own. The best known wildlife sanctuary in the
World Maasai (Masai) Mara National Reserve has acquired a high flier status
having been named the seventh wonder of the world. This is big game
country and long famed as one of Africa’s greatest concentrations of game.
The Masai (Maasai) Mara magic is attributed to its panorama. From the
vantage of rounded hills, the large expanses grassy plains teaming with
herds of animals resemble a canvas painting. The overwhelming population
and the rich species presentation makes, Mara the best destination for any
serious wildlife observer. You will arrive in time for Lunch at Mara Serena
Lodge. During your afternoon game drive you will get opportunities to see
some of the richest assemblages of wildlife in the world. Dinner and
overnight will be at your Lodge.

Maasai Mara
Maasai Mara

Your schedule for today includes early morning game drives at 6.30am and
afternoon game drive at 4pm and walking safari. Traveling across the
savannah, you’ll rendezvous with the Mara residents- herds of buffalo,
wildebeest, hartebeest, impala, and gazelle. The Maasai Mara is the
northern-most extremity of the great Serengeti ecosystem. Here, black
rhino browse among dense thorn bushes and herds of giraffe and elephant
roam the woodlands. Large numbers of hippos gather to feed and swim in
the Mara River. Boasting Kenyas largest predator population, the reserve
is renowned of lion prides up to 20 Lions. Tonight you’ll dream of all the
wonders of Africa. You will later on return to your camp for overnight.

Departure
Nairobi

After breakfast return to Nairobi for lunch and transfer to Jomo Kenyatta
International Airport for your departure flight.
