Known for hosting the biggest mangrove forests in the world, Sundarbans National Park is located in West Bengal, India. It is also a Tiger Reserve and a Biosphere reserve that provides a complete nature's circle to the tourist right from 'Royal Bengal tigers' to roaring rivers and beautiful estuaries. Sundarbans National Park is a part of Sundarban delta that is covered with Mangrove Forest and the largest population of the Bengal Tigers. It is a UNESCO world heritage site with a large variety of birds and reptiles including salt-water crocodile..

1

Arrival Kolkata - Godkhali By Road (100kms/03hrs) - Sundarban By Ferry
Sundarbans

On arrival Kolkata, meet and greet by our representative and proceed to Godkhali through the rural villages of Bengal. From Gothkhali depart by Boat to Sajnekhali - one of the entry points of Sundarban National Park. On arrival, check-in to your camp and relax. Latern cruise through Jatirampur Bird Sactuary to enjoy the beautiful sunset. Return back to the camp for an overnight stay.

Sundarban - Local sightseeing
Sundarbans

After your breakfast, proceed to visit Sajnekhali watch tower. Later enjoy a thrilling boat cruise inside Bonobibi Bharani (narrow creek) and dense mangrove forest through numerous rivers while visiting Do-banki Watch Tower where the canopy walk inside the forest sends chill down your body. Also visit the Spotted Deer Rehabilitation Centre. After which we cruise through Matla Sea Face (the point from where Bay of Bengal can be seen) cruising back through the 5 river junction - to Pitchkhali. In the evening, return back to the camp for an overnight stay.

Departure Sundarban - Godkhali By Ferry - Kolkata By Road (100kms/03hrs)
Kolkata

After breakfast, visit Sudhanyakhali Watch Tower and cruise through rivers and Narrow creeks of Pitchkhali- Sarakkhali - Sudhanyokhali and enjoy a panoramic view from Watch Tower. Later cruise around the Islands of the Sunderban Tiger Project Area. After the cruise, take a ferry to Gothkhali by boat. On arrival at the Jetty, get transferred to the Kolkata airport in order to take your flight back home.
